Ingredients
- Somen : 2 bundles
- 豚バラ肉(切り落とし) : 150g
- 小ネギ : 2本
- 水 : 500mL
- (A)鶏ガラスープの素 : 大さじ1
- (A)しょうゆ : 小さじ1
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1/2
- (A)塩 : 小さじ1/3
- (A)おろし生姜 : 小さじ1/2
- (A)おろしニンニク : 小さじ1/2
- 黒コショウ : 適量
- ごま油 : 大さじ1
- 白ごま : 適量

Procedure

Pour enough water into a large pot and bring it to a boil.
Add somen noodles, loosen lightly with chopsticks, bring to a boil again, turn off heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
After that, the somen is drained, rubbed and washed with running water, and exposed to ice water to tighten the somen.
Put in a colander and drain. -

Reduce the heat, add the pork ribs one by one, and turn off the heat when it boils again.
Add sesame oil and black pepper. -

小ネギと白ごまを散らして完成。
Point
・Pork ribs can be substituted with shabu-shabu or chicken.
・You can omit the grated ginger and grated garlic if you like.
・By steaming somen instead of boiling, you can make it chewier.
・If the pork belly is large, cut it into easy-to-eat pieces.
・If there is lye after adding the pork belly in step 3, remove it.
