- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
- (A)みりん : 大さじ1
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ1
- (A)料理酒 : 大さじ1
- 水 : 200cc

水を入れて火にかけて煮詰める。
沸騰したら中央に穴を開けたホイルで落とし蓋をする。

煮汁をかけて完成。
Point
