- Bamboo shoots (boiled in water) : 200g
- water : 100ml
- Salt and pepper : a little
- Liquor : 100ml
- sugar : 10g
- Chinese soup paste : 10g
- Tianmian sauce : 5ml
- Oyster sauce : 5ml
- soy sauce : 10ml
