Hit the mentaiko.
Cut the garlic into thin slices. -

Put garlic and (A) in a frying pan and heat.
Add water (not listed) and salt (not listed) to a pot, bring to a boil, and cook the pasta.
Lower the heat in the frying pan and let the garlic smell out.
Turn off the heat when the garlic turns brown.
Add tomato sauce and water (not listed) and heat while stirring.
Add pasta, Italian parsley and olive oil and mix.
Serve on a plate and complete with 1 mentaiko.
Point
