- Worcestershire sauce (Nakano is also acceptable) : 1 tablespoon

Cut all vegetables into cubes.
Soak Koya tofu in water for 3 minutes, discard the water and heat in a 500W microwave oven for 2 minutes. -

When the onions become transparent, add the remaining vegetables and fry.
When the whole is cooked, add Koya tofu while loosening it by hand. -

Add curry roux and pepper and let the whole blend evenly.
Point
・ Because tofu is used instead of meat, it is healthy. Recommended for those on a diet.
・ If you don't have a tomato can, you can use ketchup instead. Adjust the amount while tasting.
・ Fry the onions until they become transparent so that the onions are soaked in flavor and have a delicious finish.
