- new onion : 1/2 piece
- (A)塩 : 少々
- (A)小麦粉 : 大さじ5
- (A)冷水 : 50ml
- 油 : 適量
- ごま油 : 適量

Peel off the skin of the spring onion and slice thinly.

鍋に油を底から1cm以上注ぎ、ごま油を加えて火にかける。
180度に温まったら、2の1/4を入れ形を整える。
揚げ色がついたら裏返し、両面に揚げ色がついたら油を切って完成。
Point
