- (A) Noodle soup : 1 and 1/2 tbsp
- (A) ground sesame : 大さじ1
- (A) black pepper : 少々

Cut off the stem of the washed cucumber and cut it into thin strips.
Put the cucumbers in a bowl and sprinkle with salt.

Cut the ham into strips and break it apart with your hands.
Squeeze the cucumber with your hands to remove the moisture. -
