Ingredients

  • Red wine : 200ml

  • Grape juice : 300ml
  • Fresh cream : 100ml
  • sugar : 10g
  • Chocolate sponge cake : 1/2 sheet

-If the liquid to be warmed when melting gelatin is too warm, the flavor of the liquid itself will be impaired. Be careful as gelatin will be lumpy if it is not warmed enough.
・ Although the guideline time is written in the procedure, this is assumed to be taken out of the refrigerator, so if the liquid has been left at room temperature, the warming time will be different. As a guide, the steam just before boiling comes out.
・ If you make it in a cup, you can make gelatin in half this amount. The less gelatin, the softer the mousse.
・ Since the alcohol of red wine is flying, even those who cannot drink alcohol can enjoy it with confidence.
・ Red wine may be replaced with water.
