Procedure

  1. 1) Cut the myoga ginger 00:00

    Cut the washed myoga ginger into thin strips and break it up with your hands.

    沸騰した多めのお湯(分量外)にそうめんを入れ、時々ほぐしながら規定時間茹でる。

    丼に(A)を入れ、よく混ぜ溶かす。

    2のそうめんをザルにあけて流水で軽く洗い、よく水気を切る。

    白ごまを散らし、みょうがを乗せたら完成。

Point
