- Mentsuyu (3 times diluted) : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
- Sesame oil : 1/2 tbsp

- Somen : 2 bundles (100g)
- Sesame : A pinch
- Chopped green onions : Appropriate amount

Cut tomatoes into 1 cm wide cubes. Finely chop the perilla. Mix tomatoes and perilla with seasonings. -
