Ingredients
- Canned pineapple : 1 can
- Pancake mix : 150g
- egg : 2 pieces
- Unsalted butter : 50g
- Granulated sugar : 20g

Procedure

Make the dough

Break the egg into a bowl and beat it with a whisk.
Add granulated sugar and mix.
Add the pancake mix and mix until dry.
Add melted butter and mix. -

Cut the pineapple

Open the can of pineapple and take out the syrup.
Cut about 2 pineapples (as much as you like) into 1 cm squares.
(I will use 6 of them later, so I will keep them.) -

Add syrup to the dough

Add about 50 ml of syrup from 2 to the dough and mix.
Add 2 chopped pineapples and mix. -

Cook with a rice cooker

Spread the remaining 6 pineapples on the bottom of the rice cooker.
Pour the dough over it.
Cook in rice cooker cake mode or regular cooking.
Point
・ Introduction of simple sweets made from the ingredients at home.
-It's easy because you can bake just by pressing the switch on the rice cooker. It is possible to make one without an oven.
・ When making melted butter, heat it in the microwave for about 10 seconds each. Be careful not to heat it too much as it will spoil the flavor.
・ When pouring the dough into the rice cooker, gently pour the pineapple on the bottom so that it does not move as much as possible.
