- Koya-tofu : 1 piece
- butter : 20g
- syrup : About 1 tbsp
- Black chocolate : Appropriate amount

Arrange the Koya tofu in a vat, soak it in hot water for about 2 minutes, and squeeze the water. After squeezing the water, cut it into sticks.

Sprinkle syrup and melted butter on the cut Koya tofu and mix well.
Place on parchment paper and bake in an oven toaster for 15-20 minutes. -

You can make chocolate rusks by melting chocolate in a water bath, dipping it in baked Koya tofu and cooling it. Arrange to your favorite taste.
Point
・ Rusk recipe using Koya tofu that can be made in simple steps.
・ Cut Koya tofu into any shape you like.
・ Although zero sugar syrup is used, normal syrup can also be used. Syrup is recommended as it will burn if made with sugar.
・ When baking in an oven toaster, watch carefully after 15 minutes so that it does not burn.
・ Arrange and enjoy with chocolate or powdered sugar.
