  • Pork rose (for shabu-shabu) : 14 sheets (about 150g)
  • salt : 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper : Appropriate amount
  • Sesame oil : 1/2 teaspoon
  • soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
  • sweet sake : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
  • sugar : 1/2 tbsp
  • White sesame : Appropriate amount
