- Pancake mix powder : 200g
- Oreo cookie (for dough) : 6 sheets
- Oreo cookie (for decoration) : 6 sheets
- butter : 50g
- sugar : 60g
- egg : 1 piece
- milk : 70ml
- icing sugar : Appropriate amount

Add sugar and mix further until whitish.
Add the beaten egg in several batches and mix well each time.
Add the pancake mix powder in 3 portions and mix well with a spatula each time.
Add milk in several portions and mix well each time. -

Divide the oreo cookies for the dough into 4 equal parts, add to the dough and mix.
Divide the ornamental Oreo cookie in half.
Put the dough in a cupcake mold and line it up on the top plate.
Drop the cup on the top plate several times to remove the air, and insert the Oreo cookie for decoration. -
