Procedure
-
1)
Cut white onions
00:15
Cut the white onion into 5 to 6 cm wide pieces.
-
2)
Make sauce
00:38
Put (A) in a bowl and mix.
-
3)
Bake white onions
01:13
Heat a frying pan and bake 1 white onion on medium heat for about 4 minutes.
Turn it over, add 1 teaspoon of oil (not included), bake and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for about 6 minutes and serve on a plate. -
4)
Bake yellowtail
02:23
Add oil to a frying pan and warm.

Put yellowtail on the plate of 3 and sprinkle with sauce.
Sprinkle with Japanese pepper, black pepper, and shichimi pepper if you like.
Point
・ Adjust the baking time according to the thickness of the fillet.
・ Since white onions are baked without oiling, the Teflon processing may be damaged. If you are interested, you should add some oil and then bake.
・ If there are scales on the skin, remove them as they will damage the texture.
・ Remove the yellowtail from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
・ By sprinkling with potato starch, the finish will be moist and the sauce will be easily entangled.
・ Since the oil from the fish contains an odor, wipe it off with kitchen paper.
・ If the sauce is overcooked, add water to dilute it.
