Ingredients
- oatmeal : 80g
- Unadjusted soymilk : 100ml
- Maple syrup : 2 tbsp (about 40 g)
- (A) Frozen mixed berries : 60g
- (A) Water : 3 tbsp
- (B) Unadjusted soymilk : 100ml
- (B) Maple syrup : 2 tbsp (about 40 g)
- (B) Vanilla extract : 1 tsp
- (B) Lemon juice : 1 tsp

Grind the oatmeal in a blender and place in a bowl.
Add unadjusted soymilk and maple syrup and mix until dry. -
