Ingredients

  • oatmeal : 80g
  • Unadjusted soymilk : 100ml
  • Maple syrup : 2 tbsp (about 40 g)
  • (A) Frozen mixed berries : 60g
  • (A) Water : 3 tbsp
  • (B) Unadjusted soymilk : 100ml
  • (B) Maple syrup : 2 tbsp (about 40 g)
  • (B) Vanilla extract : 1 tsp
  • (B) Lemon juice : 1 tsp

Procedure

  1. 1) Make the dough 00:25

    Grind the oatmeal in a blender and place in a bowl.
    Add unadjusted soymilk and maple syrup and mix until dry.

    Sprinkle coconut oil on a hot plate, add the dough and spread it thinly.
