Use the material of (A). Break (or chop) white chocolate, put it in a bowl, add unsalted butter, and put it in a water bath to dissolve about 80 to 90% and remove it from the water bath. Put the cream in a bowl and heat it in the microwave at 500W for 15 seconds, add and mix.
