- (A)バター : 20g
- 卵 : 1個
- ラカント : 20g
- おからパウダー : 10g

Place an oven sheet in a heat-resistant container.
Put (A) in a bowl and heat in a 600W microwave oven for 30 seconds. -

Mix 1 until there are no chocolate lumps.
Add lacanto and eggs in that order, and mix well each time.
Add okara powder and walnuts and knead with a rubber spatula. -

Put the dough in a heat-resistant container, flatten the surface, and remove the air.
Heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes.
If the dough is cooked, remove it from the mold and let it cool.
Cut into bite-sized pieces and complete.
Point
・ Low-carbohydrate diet recipe that can be easily made in the microwave.
・ Use a 630 ml container.
・ You may sprinkle powdered sugar if you like.
・ The darker the chocolate, the lower the sugar mass.
・ When heating chocolate in 1, if the heating is not enough, you may add it for about 10 seconds.
・ When cooled in the refrigerator, it becomes harder but thicker.
