This channel posts videos for those who want to make their loved ones (family, friends, lovers, etc.) happy through handmade sweets!

Basically, we make sweets using ingredients that can be bought at supermarkets! (Sometimes I use materials that are only sold online)

■ About the people inside Snack Lab is a channel run by a married couple.
The master (husband) makes sweets and Yuribo (wife) edits the video.
My wife makes sweets that she likes, and when they're done, they're eating sweets together!

Originally I loved cakes, and my favorite was the shortcakes from the Ginza Cozy Corner, which I often eat on my birthday.

The reason why I, the master, started making sweets was when I was in elementary school, I decided to make cookies for my mother. It's a simple cookie that you can drop with a spoon, and even though you had an oven range, you can bake it in an oven toaster. Now it's an oven! It's a way of making it that makes me want to say, but I think I was able to do it as it is (laugh)

After that, I was happy that my family smiled with the sweets I made, such as getting up early in the morning to make butter rolls and making cakes on my birthday.

The sponge cake was a particularly strong enemy.
Even if I make it according to the book I bought, I can't do it at all ... From there, my research on sponge started and I practiced almost every day. And it was overcooked and the microwave oven broke. After buying a different book and continuing to practice, I was finally able to make a fluffy sponge like the target Ginza Cozy Corner.

I was enthusiastic about making sweets for a while, but after college and employment, the chances of making sweets have decreased.

The first sweet I made for my wife (she at the time) was a country ma'am-style cookie in return for White Day. Until then, she made some handmade sweets, but since then she has been specializing in eating 😋

With the birth of a child in 2019, we have resumed making sweets. The first video I took was a cake I made to celebrate my child's discharge. Children can't eat sweets yet, but someday it's delicious! I'm looking forward to making sweets every day!
