- Melting cheese : 15g / sugar: 0.1g
- Fresh cream : 150g / sugar: 5.0g
- consomme : 2 tsp sugar: 2.2 g
- Salt and pepper : a little
- water : 150ml

Lightly loosen the Maitake mushrooms by hand.

Cut chicken thighs

Remove streaks and excess fat from chicken thighs and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Sprinkle olive oil in a hot frying pan and bake chicken thighs. Bake with the skin down, and turn it over when it gets browned. Add water, cream, consomme and melted cheese and mix the whole.
