  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1/2
  • (A) Mirin : 大さじ1/2
  • (A) cooking sake : 大さじ1/2
  • (A) Sugar : 大さじ1/2
  • 白ごま : 大さじ1

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the konjac 00:00

    Add konjac and salt to the bowl and mix.
    Wrap and heat in a 500W microwave for 2 minutes.
    Rinse lightly with water.
