- ごま油 : 少々
- マヨネーズ : 大さじ1
- めんつゆ : 大さじ1
- 鰹節 : 1/2パック

Prepare okra

Peel the okra calyx with a peeler and cut off the stem with a knife.
Arrange the okra upside down on a heatproof plate.

Cover with plastic wrap and heat in a 500W microwave for 50 seconds.
Drain the water and cut into bite-sized pieces. -
