- ゆず : 小2個
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ2
- (A)Vinegar : 大さじ1と1/2

Cut the radish into 1cm wide strips.
Place the radish in a bowl, add salt, and mix well.

Cut the yuzu skin into thin pieces with a knife.
Cut off the top of the yuzu and squeeze out the juice. -

Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
