Ingredients

  • Pork rose block : 500g
  • ginger : 1 piece
  • White onion (blue part) : 1 bottle
  • water : Soaked pork
  • Liquor : 80cc
  • Boiled soup (made in the cooking process) : Soaked pork
  • sugar : 4 tbsp
  • Light soy sauce : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
  • Dark soy sauce : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp

Procedure

You don't need to oil the frying pan as the fat comes out of the pork.
