- (A) Soybean pulp powder : 35g
- (A) Baking powder : 4g
- (A) Salt : ひとつまみ
- サイリウム : 8g

Make the dough

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the water and gently mix with a rubber spatula.
Add the powdered artificial sweetener and mix gently until combined.
Add (A) and mix gently until well combined.
Add the psyllium and mix until evenly combined. -

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place 3 aluminum foil cups on a baking sheet.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts, wet them with water (not included in the recipe), roll them into balls and place them on top of aluminum foil cups.
Bake in a 180 degree oven for 23 minutes and it's done.
Point
- Powdered artificial sweeteners can be substituted for sugar.
- The end result will vary depending on the type of okara powder, so it's best to use the one you like.
・If the end product in step 1 is too soft, you can add more soy pulp powder to adjust the consistency.
-You can also add some red bean paste or pizza cheese inside the okara bread.
