Ingredients

- milk : 3 tbsp
- Bread crumbs : 1/4 cup
- Minced meat : 250g
- egg : 1 piece
- Salt and pepper (for meat sauce) : a little
- cabbage : 1/2 piece
- Cut tomato can : 1 can
- Granule consomme : 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper : Appropriate amount
- parsley : preference

Finely chop the onions and fry in a frying pan over medium heat until tender and remove the heat.

Put milk, bread crumbs, minced meat, beaten eggs and salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well until sticky.
Add 1 onion and mix well. -

Layer cabbage and meat sauce

Layer cabbage and meat in a deep frying pan in that order. -

Add cut tomatoes, consomme and salt and pepper, cover with a cooking sheet and simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley if you like.
Point
・ Introduction of "Roll cabbage rolls that do not roll". It doesn't roll like regular cabbage rolls, so it doesn't have to be a hassle.
・ The cabbage can be torn or left as it is. You can stack it alternately with meat.
・ Although cut tomato cans are used, whole tomato cans are also acceptable. If you want to taste the pulp of tomatoes, we recommend canned tomatoes.
