- Roasted almonds : 100g
- Granulated sugar : 35g
- water : 15g
- Bitter chocolate (melt) : 100g
- Cocoa powder (sugar-free) : 60g
- Butter (unsalted butter) : 4g

Put granulated sugar and water in a small pan and heat while mixing.

Add roasted almonds and heat

When the granulated sugar has cooled and becomes dry, heat it again and mix.
Mix until light brown.
When it turns light brown, add butter and mix. -
