Ingredients
- Cod : 4 slices (800g)
- (A)塩 : 11g
- (A)白胡椒 : 3g
- (A)砂糖 : 2g
- にんにく : 9片
- オリーブオイル : 150ml
- ジャガイモ : 4個
- (B)牛乳 : 500ml
- (B)水 : 500ml
- (B)ローリエ : 1枚
- (B)パセリの茎(お好み) : 1本
- 生クリーム : 200ml
- パルミジャーノ・レッジャーノ : 適量
