Point
・Japanese pepper can be substituted for Sichuan pepper.
・You can also use warm firm tofu.
・If you don't like spiciness, remove the seeds from the hawk's claws before using.
・Leave the green onion for 10 to 15 minutes after cutting to remove the spiciness.
・Because it is sprinkled on tofu, it is good to make ingredients with a lot of water.
