- 長ネギ : 1/5本
- 生姜(スライス) : 2~3枚
- (A) Dashi : 300cc
- (A) Mirin : 50cc
- (A) Soy sauce : 50cc
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ1
- 万能ネギ : 適量
- みょうが : 1 piece
- 白ごま : 適量
- 刻みのり : 適量
- ごま油 : 大さじ2

Cut ginger in half.
Wash the myoga and cut off the roots.
