- Chikuwa : 3 pieces
- 豆腐 : 150g(1/2丁)
- (A)Water : 100cc
- (A) Mentsuyu : 50cc
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1
- (A) Ginger tube : 小さじ1

Prepare the ingredients

Cut the chikuwa diagonally.
Cut tofu into desired size. -

Add (A) to a frying pan and stir to dissolve.
Add the chikuwa and tofu and loosen any areas where the chikuwa overlaps.
Heat over high heat until it boils.
Once it boils, reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for a few minutes. -

Point
・We use 2x concentrated mentsuyu.
・During step 2, be careful not to break the ingredients when adding them to the frying pan.
・It's done when the tofu and chikuwa change color and the flavor has soaked in.
