- ちくわ : 3本
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A)Cooking sake : 大さじ1
- (A) Ginger tube : 小さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ1
- ごま油 : 適量

Prepare the ingredients

Cut the firm tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chikuwa into thick diagonal slices. -

Combine seasonings

Add (A) to a container and mix.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the firm tofu and fry.
Once it's cooked, flip it over and leave some space.
Add chikuwa to the empty space and stir-fry.
Mix 2 again, add and stir-fry the whole thing.
Flip the firm tofu halfway through frying. -

Point
- Firm tofu crumbles easily, so stir-fry without touching it as much as possible.
・It's done when most of the water has evaporated and the seasonings have soaked through.
・You can add shichimi chili pepper or sansho pepper if you like.
