  • roasted garlic (powder) : 適量
  • Oregano (powder) : 適量
  • 塩 : a little
  • 黒コショウ : a little

Procedure

  1. 1) 下ごしらえをする 02:52

    鶏もも肉は筋や余分な油部分を取り除く。
    手羽元は骨に沿って切れ目を入れて開く。
    バットに肉を並べ、塩コショウで下味をつける。

    フライパンにオリーブオイルを引き、鶏肉の皮目を下にして並べる。
    弱火~中火で焼く。
    両面に焼き色がついたらバットに取り出す。

  3. 3) ハーブオイルを作る 04:18

    Grind the chili pepper to powder.
    Place the ground chili powder, cumin, oregano, and roasted garlic in a bowl and pour in the olive oil.
