- (A)醤油 : 大さじ1
- (A)黒ごま : 大さじ1
- 油 : 少々

容器に(A)を入れて混ぜる。

フライパンに油をひいて、切り餅を入れて焼く。
焼き目がついたら、裏返し、弱火にする。
蓋をして、数分間蒸し焼きにする。
切り餅が柔らかくなったら、蓋を外して、余分な油をキッチンペーパーで拭き取る。
火を消して、1を再度混ぜて加え、絡ませる。 -

・手軽に作れる黒ごま餅のレシピ。
