鶏肉は余分な筋や脂を取り除き、軽く塩(分量外)を振っておく。 -

Point

・Crush the cabbage core with your hands and add it to avoid wasting it.
・If you roast the chicken until the skin is browned, you can take it out if it's raw, as it will still cook when you stir-fry it with the cabbage.
・If you press the skin of the chicken with a spatula while grilling, it will have a nice texture.
