- (A) Salted kelp : ふたつまみ
- (A) Sesame oil : 小さじ2
- (A) Ground sesame : 大さじ1
- ツナ缶 : 1缶
- めんつゆ : 大さじ1

Procedure

Cut the cucumber

Cut off both ends of the washed cucumber, cut into slices and transfer to a bowl.

1の丼の中に(A)と油を切ったツナ缶を入れ、よく混ぜる。

そうめんを茹でる

沸騰した多めのお湯(分量外)にそうめんを入れ、時々ほぐしながら規定時間茹でる。
ザルにあけて流水でよく洗い、揉み洗いしてぬめりを取ったら水気を切る。 -

そうめんを混ぜる

2にそうめんとめんつゆを加え、全体を混ぜたら完成。
Point
