- Water (for baking soda) : 100g
- Strong powder : 200g
- salt : 1/2 teaspoon
- potato starch : Appropriate amount
- Raw shiitake mushrooms : 2 pieces
- Garlic : 1 piece
- Leek : 50g
- miso : 50g
- Doubanjiang : 1 tsp
- sweetener : 1 tablespoon
- Water (for juice) : 800g
- Coconut oil : 1 tablespoon
- Bean sprouts : 200g
- White onion : as you like

Put baking soda and water in a pan and bring to a boil.
Mix strong flour and salt, mix baking soda and combine them into one, then spread using a special machine. Finally, change the blade and cut into noodles, sprinkle with potato starch, rub lightly, and squeeze. -

Point
