Ingredients
- pasta : 100g
- 高菜漬け : 50g
- ベーコン : 50g
- しめじ : 1/2袋
- ニンニク(スライス) : 1片
- 唐辛子(輪切り) : 少々
- 長ねぎ : 1/2本
- 茹で汁 : 大さじ3~5
- オリーブオイル : 適量
- しょうゆ : 少々
- パスタの茹で汁 : 大さじ5程度

Cut off the shimeji mushrooms and divide into small bunches.
Slice the green onions diagonally.
Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide pieces.
Start boiling the pasta. -

Put olive oil, garlic and pepper in a frying pan and heat over low heat.
When the garlic is lightly colored, add the green onions and fry.
Add bacon and shimeji mushrooms and fry.
Add the mustard pickles washed with water and fry lightly.
Add the boiled pasta juice and mix. -

Mix pasta with sauce

Add boiled pasta 1 minute shorter than the label on the bag to 2 and mix well.
Add soy sauce and fry the whole.
Serve on a plate.
Point
・ By heating garlic and chili peppers with olive oil over low heat, the aroma is transferred to the oil.
・ When using the mustard pickles without washing with water, adjust the amount of boiled soup.
・ Boil the pasta 1 minute shorter than the label on the bag, considering the time it takes to mix with the sauce.
・ Fry the ingredients to bring out the flavor.
