- (A) Sugar : 2 cups
- （A）水 : 1 cup
- （A）レモン汁 : 小さじ1
- （B）水 : 1カップと1/2
- （B）片栗粉 : 1/2カップ
- 食用着色料 : 大さじ1

Put (A) in a frying pan and mix.
Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes and transfer to a container. -

Make jelly dough

Put (B) in a frying pan, heat and mix.
When the whole is thickened, add 1 little by little and mix.
Add the amount of food coloring and mix it all together. -

Apply oil (outside the amount) to the container and add 2.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and cut into pieces.
Sprinkle sugar (outside the amount) on the whole and it's done.
Point
・ When making jelly, you may occasionally add water while watching the situation.
・ The amount of sugar in the syrup can be changed to your liking.
・ Cornstarch may be used instead of potato starch.
・ If you like, it is recommended to add fruit syrup.
・ When heating, keep mixing constantly so as not to burn.
