Cut the deep-fried tofu into bite-sized pieces.

加熱する

フライパンに油と1を入れ、火にかける。
両面に軽く焼き色が付いたら端に寄せ、空いたスペースにマヨネーズを入れ軽く混ぜ溶かす。
溶けたらポン酢を加え、厚揚げと混ぜて全体に絡ませる。
水分が飛んで厚揚げに味が染みこんだら完成。
