Ingredients

ニラを食べやすい大きさに切る。
豚ばら肉を食べやすい大きさに切る。 -

Heat the skillet to warm.
Add oil, pork belly, and onions, and fry.
When the meat is cooked, add bean sprouts and fry.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir.
Boil Chinese noodles in boiling water. -

When it boils, add the sake-dissolved potato starch and mix.
Drain the boiled Chinese noodles and put them in a bowl.
Add garlic to the frying pan and mix.
Finished with bean paste on top of Chinese noodles.
Point
・The pork belly can be your favorite, such as pork sesame.
・It is good to cut the pork belly thinly so that it will be entwined with the noodles.
・You can add pepper to finish if you like.
・Sake-dissolved potato starch is made by mixing the same amount of sake and potato starch.
・After adding the chives, lightly heat and serve on a plate.
