- 生姜 : 5 sheets
- 鷹の爪 : 1/2本

- (A) Mirin : 50cc
- (A) Soy sauce : 50cc
- 甜麺醤 : 大さじ2
- 砂糖 : 大さじ1
- 酒溶き片栗粉 : 適量
- ごま油 : 大さじ3

Cut off the stem of the Moroccan green beans and cut into 3-4cm pieces.
Roughly chop the spring onion.
Chop the ginger with the skin on.
Cut the hawk's claws into small pieces.
Tear the deep-fried tofu into bite-sized pieces. -

Heat a frying pan, add sesame oil, ginger, and hawk's claws and fry over high heat.
When the aroma comes out, add minced pork and stir-fry while loosening.
When the meat is cooked, add the thick fried tofu and fry. -

When it boils, add sweet soy sauce and sugar and simmer.
Add Moroccan green beans and bring to a boil.
Add sake-dissolved potato starch and mix.
When it thickens, add the green onion and mix.

Point
・Moroccan green beans can be substituted with regular green beans.
・You can add garlic if you like.
・Hawk claws can be substituted with chili bean sauce.
・Miso can be substituted for sweet soy sauce. If so, add more sugar.
・By tearing off the deep-fried tofu, the flavor will permeate easily.
・Add sugar little by little while tasting.
