- (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ1
- (A) Eagle claw : 適量
- (A) white sesame : 大さじ1
- (A) ground sesame : 大さじ1

prepare the eggplant

Cut off the stem of the washed eggplant.
Cut the eggplant in half lengthwise and chop into chunks.
Transfer the eggplant to a bowl and soak in water (not listed) for about 10 minutes.
Throw away the water (out of quantity) and wipe off the water with kitchen paper. -
