Remove the stem of the eggplant and cut it in half lengthwise.
Roughly chop the eggplant.
Cut the wiener into bite size pieces. -

Heat oil in a frying pan, add eggplant and fry.
When the eggplant is browned, add the wieners and fry.
Reduce the heat to low, add (A) and stir-fry to blend. -
