- 万能ネギ : 適量
- 紅生姜 : 適量
- ごま油 : 大さじ2

Cut the ginger into strips.
Cut the onion into thin slices.
Thinly slice the carrots with the skin on.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. -

Heat a frying pan and add sesame oil and ginger.
Add chicken thighs, spread out and brown.
When the meat goes through the fire, add onions and carrots and fry.
Add winter melon and fry -

Point
・Winter melon should be peeled, depilated, and cut into chunks.
・You can substitute Chinese cabbage or mushrooms for the winter melon.
・After adding (B) in step 3, taste and adjust the taste with Chinese soup stock.
・After adding the sake-dissolved potato starch in step 3, heat it for 1-2 minutes to thicken it so that the powdery potato starch does not remain.
