- 豚ひき肉 : 100g
- ごま油 : 少量
- (A)Water : 100cc
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A)Cooking sake : 大さじ1
- (A) Ginger tube : 1 teaspoon
- 水溶き片栗粉 : 適量

Wrap the firm tofu in kitchen paper and place it on a heat-resistant plate.
Heat in a 500W microwave for 3 minutes.
Remove kitchen paper. -

Point
