卵の下準備をする

卵を卵黄と卵白に分けて、別々のボウルに入れる。
卵黄に牛乳、油を入れる。 -

メレンゲを作る

1の卵白に甘味料を加えて、ハンドミキサーでリボン状になるまで泡立てる。
はちみつを加えて、角が立つまで泡立てる。 -

混ぜ合わせる

Add the okara powder to the egg yolk from Step 1 and mix with a rubber spatula.
Add 1/3 amount of 2 and mix.
Add the remaining 2 ingredients and mix gently. -

加熱する

Pour 3 into the rice cooker.
Put it in the rice cooker and cook in cake mode.
Remove from the rice cooker and place on a plate.
Point
・小麦粉、バターを使用しない。
・油はほかの油に代用可能だが、においの少ないものを使用する。
・工程3で、残りのメレンゲを加える際、メレンゲの泡が潰れないように混ぜる。
・炊飯器にケーキモードがない場合は通常炊飯する。
・生地が生焼けの場合は追加で炊飯する。
・甘味料は、カロリーゼロ・低糖質のものを使用するとよい。
