- ごま油 : 適量
- めんつゆ : 50cc
- 水 : 100cc
- 水溶き片栗粉 : 適量

Cut the mochi into 4 equal parts.
Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces. -

Heat sesame oil in a small pot, add the mochi and fry while rotating.
Add the core of Chinese cabbage and stir-fry.
Add the Chinese cabbage leaves and stir-fry.
Add the mentsuyu and water, turn up the heat, cover, and bring to a boil.
Once it boils, reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes.
Remove the lid and stir to ensure even heating.
Turn off the heat and add the water-soluble potato starch little by little.
Heat and bring to a boil again. -
