Ingredients
- Minced meat : 100g
- onion : 1/4 piece
- Melting sliced cheese : 2 sheets
- Consomme (cube) : 1 piece
- Wash-free rice : 1 go
- Cut tomato : 1 can (400g)
- Olive oil : 2 tablespoons
- water : 200cc

Fry the minced meat in olive oil

Sprinkle olive oil in a clay pot, heat on low to medium heat, add minced meat and fry.

Add unwashed rice and onions

When the color of the minced meat changes, add unwashed rice and onions and mix well so that the whole blends well.

Add cut tomatoes and water and mix well.

Add consomme and cook

Place the consomme in the center, cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, open the lid and mix until the consomme blends in well. -

Put sliced cheese on top and steam

Cover again, turn off the heat and steam for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, open the lid and sprinkle with parsley if you like.
Point
-Since it can be done with just one clay pot, there is no extra washing and no hassle.
・ Chop the onion as a preparation.
・ Fry in olive oil for a fragrant finish.
・ Be careful not to heat the clay pot over high heat as it is vulnerable to sudden heating and may cause damage.
・ Do not use unglazed clay pots with a rough inner bottom, as they cannot be cooked with oil.
