Ingredients
- Udon : 2 balls
- Beef (sliced) : 100g
- onion : 1/4 piece
- egg yolk : 2 pieces
- Noodle soup : 50cc
- sweet sake : 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil : 1 tablespoon
- Gochujang : 1 tablespoon
- Small onion : as you like

Fry beef in sesame oil

Add sesame oil to a frying pan, add beef and fry over medium heat.

Turn it over when the color of the beef rim changes.
Add onions and fry further. -

When the color of the beef changes by 90%, add gochujang, mirin, and mentsuyu and entangle it all over.

When the color is uniform throughout, add water and udon and boil while mixing according to the time indicated on the bag.
When it is boiled, turn off the heat and serve in a bowl.
Place egg yolk and sprinkle onions if you like.

-Since it can be done with a single frying pan, there is no extra washing and no hassle.
・ Slice the onion into 2mm width as a preliminary preparation. Take out the yolk of the egg.
・ Fry the beef in sesame oil for a fragrant finish.
・ By boiling the udon and ingredients together, the udon is soaked in flavor.
・ If you adjust the boiling time, you can make frozen udon noodles.
